HOW DO I GET TO LTEC?

We have tried to cover all options to make your transit to and from LTEC as easy as possible. You can take the train & bus, grab a rideshare with friends or drive yourself.

UBER, TAXI & RIDESHARE

If you choose to ride share to the festival, please make sure to familiarise yourself with the pick-up and drop-off zones which will be shared soon via the site map.

TRAIN

Trains run to Werribee Station from Flinders Street Station. At Werribee Station you will be met by a bus to take you to the event – it is not possible to walk. Return tickets from Werribee Station are available via the Buy Tickets link.

SHUTTLE BUS

Transfer buses will operate from 11:30am to 3pm meeting every train. Return transfer buses from the venue to Werribee station will run from 8pm until the final train. A more limited transfer bus schedule will run to cover all trains in between these times. Please note: It is not possible to walk from Werribee Station to the event. Make sure to pre-book your shuttle bus ticket and have it ready to ensure a speedy departure. Please take note of where the pick-up and drop-off points are to avoid confusion when departing the festival.

CHARTER BUS

Charter buses will be departing from Melbourne CBD, and return to LTEC throughout the day. The exact pickup spot in Melbourne CBD will be confirmed soon. All Charter Bus tickets need to be purchased prior to the pick-up arrival spot – you will not be able to purchase them on the day of departure. We recommend arriving AT LEAST 15 minutes prior to your departure time to avoid missing your bus. The bus WILL NOT wait for you. Please note that your name does not need to match Charter Bus tickets.

ALCOHOL ON BUSES

No alcohol is permitted on buses.

DIRECTIONS

Werribee Park is located 35 kilometres west of Melbourne’s city centre on the Princes Freeway. It is a 30-minute drive from the city over the Westgate Bridge or via the Geelong Road. Take the Werribee South exit to K Road (Take the 2nd Werribee exit – follow sign to Werribee Mansion). Traffic marshals will direct you to car parking from the Werribee South freeway exit on the day.

ONSITE PARKING & CAR PASSES

If you choose to drive to the festival and wish to park your car onsite – you must purchase a car pass. Cars with three or more passengers park for free, no pass needed!

LARGE VEHICLE PASS

If you decide to organise a private bus or party bus to the festival – you must purchase a ‘Large Vehicle Pass’. Your bus will be directed to the private bus park and upon entry, make sure to present your ticket or give it to your bus driver.
